This information is produced in compliance with art. 13 of Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and concerns the processing of your personal data with the purpose of sending the newsletter of PIN-CRAFT S.r.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Pin-Craft" or the “Data Controller”) according to methods indicated below.
THE DATA CONTROLLER

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
Your personal data shall be used for sending the newsletter reporting commercial, promotional and information news about products and services offered by PIN-CRAFT.
LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
The legal basis of the processing is your explicit consent (art. 6.1a GDPR) released by selecting the specific consent box on the website. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by modifying your options for the sending of the newsletter by clicking on the footnote link in every mail received or by sending a withdrawal request to the e-mail address info@pin-craft.com. However, consent withdrawal does not compromise the lawfulness of the data processing founded on other legal basis and carried out till then.
NATURE AND CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF FAILURE TO SUPPLY THE DATA
Provision of your data is optional. The refusal to provide the Data shall only imply the impossibility to send the newsletter and, consequently, to receive news and updates from PIN-CRAFT and it shall imply no consequence on the possibility to benefit from the other products and services offered by the website.
METHODS OF PROCESSING
Processing of your Data shall mainly be carried out by means of electronic devices, also automated in compliance with the methods and with the suitable tools to assure Data safety and confidentiality. In particular, all technical, IT, organisational, logistic and procedural measures shall be taken so that suitable protection of personal data is granted, as provided by the law and only the Data Controller or people appointed by the Data Controller. Acquired information and methods of processing shall be adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the type of provided services. Pin Craft stores the personal data in servers mainly located in the European Economic Area; however, it reserves the right to use services located in extra UE countries. In this case, service suppliers shall be selected among those who dwell in countries considered suitable pursuant to art 46 and following of the GDPR.
DATA RECIPIENTS
Subjects that might be acknowledged about your personal data to the extent strictly necessary to perform the purposes described above, are authorised by the data Controller.
To perform some of the functions concerning the management of the website and of the newsletter service, the Data Controller addresses external subjects and/or Companies to whom necessary data are communicated and in particular:
- Platforms supplying services for automatic dispatch of marketing communications.
- Website hosting companies
- Consultants and Companies in charge of technological maintenance of the website including Opacmare S.p.A, majority shareholder of PIN-CRAFT.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Data supplied for subscription to the newsletter are retained until regular contracts with PIN-CRAFT are active. In any case, a communication shall be sent to Data Suppliers to check if the interest in receiving the newsletter is persisting and there has been no contact with the Data Controller for two consecutive years.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Pursuant to artt. 15-22 of the UE Regulation 2016/679, as a Data Subject you are granted the following rights:
- Right of Access: Art. 15 of GDPR allows the subjects to be acknowledged by the Data Controller that their data subjects are being processed, and in that case, have access to these data. The subjects also have the right to have access to their data and to additional information such as purposes, categories of recipients, period of data retention and exercisable rights.
- Right of rectification: Pursuant to art. 16 of GDPR, the data subjects can obtain from the Data Controller the rectification or the integration of their incorrect personal data.
- Right of limitation: pursuant to 18 of Regulation 2016/679, the Data Subjects can obtain the limitation of their personal data processing.
- Right of data portability: Pursuant to art. 20 of 2016/679 regulation, the Data Subjects can receive in structured, commonly used and legible by an automatic device, the data they supplied to the Data Controller and have the right to transfer such data to another Data Controller without restraints.
- Right of Opposition: the Data Subjects can oppose their data processing pursuant to art. 21 of 2016/679 Regulation.
- Right of Claim: the Data Subjects have the right to file a claim to the Controlling Authority, the Guarantor of Privacy.

UPDATES AND VARIATIONS
The Data Controller reserves the right to change, complete or periodically update this information in respect of the applicable regulation or of measures taken by the Guarantor of Personal Data Protection.
Interested people shall be acknowledged of the above mentioned variations or integrations. Users are invited to regularly view the Privacy Policy to check policy updates and decide whether to continue to use the services offered.
