INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF UE REGULATION 2016/679

Pin-Craft S.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as "Pin-Craft" or the “Data Controller”) hereby informs the visitors of the website https://pincraft.emdev.it/ (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") about the policy adopted for the Personal Data protection. Pursuant to and for the purposes of UE Regulation2016/679, Pin Craft provides the following information.

1. The Data Controller

2. Types of Personal Data processed through the website

Connection and Navigation Data

Computer systems and software procedures for operating this site acquire, during normal usage, some Personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. In this category of data are included IP addresses, computer domain names or terminals operated by users, URI/URL addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of required resources, time of request, method used for submitting the request to the server, the dimensions of the file obtained as answer, the numerical code showing the status of answer from the server (success, error etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating system and the user’s IT environment. They are collected only for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the website and to check its proper working and they are cancelled immediately after the processing. 

Data communicated by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary dispatch of messages to the contact form involves the acquisition of the sender’s identification and contact data and of all other personal data needed to reply to questions that were made.

Interaction with social networks

The social buttons on the website footer are links to the Controller accounts on the represented social networks. By using those buttons, no third part cookies shall be installed. 

3. Method of data processing

Your data shall mainly be processed by means of electronic instruments, also automated, according to methods and with tools suitable to assure safety and confidentiality of data. In particular, all technical and organisational safety measures shall be taken to grant a suitable data protection level, as provided for by law, enabling the data to be accessed only by people authorized by the Data Controller or by people appointed by him/her. Acquired information and methods of processing shall be adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the type of provided services. Pin Craft stores the personal data in servers mainly located in the European Economic Area; however it reserves the right to use services located in extra UE countries. In this case, service suppliers shall be selected among those who dwell in countries considered suitable pursuant to art 46 and following of the GDPR.

4. Purposes and legal bases of processing

The Data processed through the website are made for the following purposes according to the conditions of lawfulness (or legal bases) listed below with reference to each one of the same purposes. 

a) to allow you to browse our website and use the offered services through the dedicated areas. 

b) to supply assistance and info upon your demand and answer your questions by means of “contacts” forms, “assistance and dealers” and “Box Gangway” or by email or telephone

c) fo personnel search recruiting purposes in case you apply for one or more job opportunity offered in the “work with us” section.

In the above-mentioned cases the legal base is the execution of a contract and pre-contract measures.  (art. 6.1b of GDPR);

d) to fulfil obligations imposed by the law or regulations or orders coming from law authorities and police. The legal base if the processing is the need to fulfil a law obligation (art. 6.1 c GDPR).

e) for technology maintenance and website update. The legal base of the processing is the legitimate interest for website maintenance and safety (art. 6.1 f GDPR).

f) for dispatch through subscription to the newsletter in the website “Contacts” area, o commercial, promotional and information communications concerning the company, the products and the services it offers, the legal base of the processing is your explicit consent (art. 6.1a GDPR) revocable at any time. For further information, please consult the specific privacy policy present in the above-mentioned area. 

5. Nature and consequences in case of failure to provide the data

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in paragraphs a), b) and c) of the above-mentioned art. 4, is necessary to allow the use of services offered by the website. Failed, partial or inexact supply of the data shall entail the impossibility of browsing the website and meeting your requests

For the purposes referred to in point d) of art. 4, data provision is compulsory by law and in case of failure to supply the date, it will not be possible to supply the offered services due to the impossibility to fulfil law obligations. 

For the purposes referred to in point e) of art. 4, the applicant supplies the data for the prevailing legitimate interest of the Data Controller. For the right of opposition see paragraph 8. 

For the purposes referred to in point f) of art. 4, the applicant supplies the data on a voluntary basis. 


6. Data Recipients

Users personal data might be communicated to the following categories of recipients.

  • Opacmare S.p.A. as Pin-Craft majority owner, and as external services provider Pin-Craft may address technical services such as hosting and website technical maintenance, organisation service and functional service for the website management.
  • Subjects such as Judicial Authority and Police that have access to personal data as a result of regulatory or administrative actions.
  • Recruitment companies to assess your application and possibly manage the recruiting process.

A list of Data Controllers is available upon demand writing to  info@pin-craft.com. Data Controllers are bound by appropriate contractual obligations pursuant to art. 28 of GDPR to implement suitable safety measures to protect the safety and confidentiality of personal data

7. Terms of Personal Data Retention

 Pin-Craft stores your Personal Data for the time strictly necessary to the pursue of the above mentioned purposes, in particular Pin Craft adopts the following retention terms.

Contact requests/information. Your Personal Data shall be stored for the time necessary to process the request.

Applications. Your applications shall not be stored for more than two years since Personal Data dispatch unless specific consent for data storage beyond that period for future job opportunities.

8. Rights of data subjects

  • Right of access: pursuant to art. 15, Data Subjects have the right to be acknowledged that their Personal Data are being processed and, if needed, to have a copy. They also have the right to access their data and to further information such as purposes of data processing, categories of recipients, retention time and exercisable rights.
  • Right of rectification: pursuant to art. 16, the Data Subjects can obtain the rectification of their incorrect Personal Data or their integration
  • Right of cancellation: the Data Subjects have the right to obtain the cancellation of their personal data with no unjustified delay if there is a reason provided by art. 17.
  • Right of limitation: pursuant to art18 of 2016/679 regulation, the Data Subject has the right to obtain the limitation of Data Processing.
  • Right of Data Portability: pursuant to art.20 of the 2016/2679 regulation, the Data Subjects have the right to receive the data they supplied in a structured, commonly used format, legible by an automatic device and to transfer such data to another Data Controller without restraints.   2016/679;
  • Right of opposition: pursuant to art. 21 of the 2016/679 regulation, the Data Subjects have the right to oppose the processing of their personal data.
  • Right of Claim: pursuant to art.77 of the regulation, the Data Subject has the right to file a complaint to the Data Processing Controlling Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it)

The above-mentioned rights can be exercised by requesting the Data Controller without formality by mail to the contacts indicated above or, by e mail to info@pin-craft.com.

9. Review Clause

PIN-CRAFT reserves the right to review this Privacy Policy at any time. The last update of the Privacy Policy is always available on the website. The full text of UE 2016/679 regulation (GDPR) is available on the website of the Guarantor of Privacy www.garanteprivacy.it
