Pin-Craft S.r.l. announces the appointment of Marco Andrea Francesco Anselmi as the Company’s General Manager. In his new position, Mr. Anselmi will report directly to the Board of Directors.
The appointment of Marco Andrea Francesco Anselmi represents a strategic step in Pin-Craft’s growth path, in line with the implementation of the industrial plan and the strengthening of synergies with the holding company, Opacmare S.p.A.
Professional Profile
Marco Andrea Francesco Anselmi has solid management experience in the industrial and engineering sectors, developed within structured companies and internationally oriented SMEs.
Throughout his career, he has held positions of increasing responsibility up to General Management and has been involved in organisation, manufacturing processes, and strategic development. He has worked across several industrial sectors and has coordinated growth and continuous improvement projects in both domestic and international markets.
Role and Goals
As General Manager, Marco Andrea Francesco Anselmi will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all company departments, with the aim of ensuring efficient integration of teams and organisational processes.
During the first 6–12 months of his mandate, he will focus on operational integration with Opacmare, the development of industrial and commercial synergies, the introduction of new software technologies to support company management, the reorganisation of production layouts, and the overall review of the organisational structure and charts. These initiatives are intended to optimise internal processes, improve operational effectiveness, and support coordinated and sustainable growth.
Strategic Vision
The appointment of the new General Manager takes place at a key phase for Pin-Craft, which is strongly committed to building synergies across the entire production chain—from suppliers to final customers—through the integration of dealers and customer care networks.
The medium- to long-term objective is to become a national and international reference point for movement systems for boats over 40 metres, strengthening the company’s position in its reference markets.
